What we do
- WhatsApp assistant — answers customer messages on the business's existing WhatsApp number, quotes prices, checks availability and books appointments.
- AI voice receptionist — picks up the phone in a natural voice when the business can't, takes bookings and sends a summary of every call.
- Websites and website chatbots — a simple site with the same booking assistant built in.
Each assistant is set up and trained on the individual business: its hours, prices, services and the way it talks to customers. We run it, keep it current as the business changes, and bill monthly with 30 days' notice to cancel.
How we work
Every engagement starts with a free demo built on the client's real details, so they can try it before paying for anything. Setup usually takes a few days. There is no long contract: subscriptions run month to month.
Who we serve
We work with small and independent businesses in the United Kingdom and across Europe, and this site is published in English, Dutch, Spanish, French, German and Polish. Our assistants hold conversations in the languages a business's own customers use.
How we build it
- Our assistants say they are AI at the start of every conversation and every call. That is both honest and, in the EU, required by law.
- We handle personal data under UK and EU data protection law, as a processor acting for each client, under a written agreement. See our privacy policy.
- We build on established platforms: Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform, Retell AI, Twilio and Telnyx for telephony, Cal.com for calendars, and OpenAI and Anthropic for the language models.
